Alison Blake practices in the areas of complex civil and commercial litigation.  She is a skilled and experienced advocate who is detail and results oriented.

Prior to joining Bishop & Page, Alison spent two decades as an associate and then partner at a Jacksonville litigation firm practicing in commercial litigation, business torts, construction, landlord-tenant, partnership and employment disputes.  Notable successes include:

  • A multi-million-dollar arbitration award, including punitive damages, in favor of an employee whose employer committed fraud.
  • Successfully defeated class certification in favor of business alleged to have violated the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.

A native of the Jacksonville area, Alison earned her undergraduate degree in literature from the University of North Florida and her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law. Alison is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the Federal Middle District of Florida.
