A firm dedicated solely to advocacy in high-stakes cases, we handle some of the most important and interesting trials and appeals in Florida. Though based in North Florida, Bishop & Page handles cases throughout the state.
Our lawyers have appeared and prevailed in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout Florida.
Bishop & Page was formed in 2025 as the successor to an established law firm with a foundation stretching back to 2006.
Sharing a common approach to advocacy, the firm’s namesakes both began their private practices in the Jacksonville office of a prominent national law firm practicing commercial litigation. Thomas E. Bishop started an independent boutique law practices that flourished separately for nearly 20 years. Frederick D. Page joined the predecessor firm in 2023, and the two old friends now lead the firm and its trial and appellate teams.

Community Leadership
Our lawyers lead in our communities and profession and give back. We are involved at the highest levels in leadership in bar and professional associations. Our lawyers can be found actively engaged in civic organizations and boards benefiting non-profit and community outreach causes. We also have a deep commitment to pro bono and “low bono” (reduced fee) work for those otherwise unable to afford legal representation.
